Bachelorette Party

We had a blast cooking at a holiday beach house in Ana Maria Island for this bachelorette party. We also paired wines to go with each course. Can you say Southern French Rose’ and Tawny Porto?

1st Course:  Fromage de Chevre, golden and red beets, grapefruit

2nd Course: Salad Nicoise, yellow fin, oil cured olives, heirloom vegetables, quail egg, anchovy, citrus vinaigrette

3rd Course: Galette of oyster mushrooms and swiss chard, truffled ricotta

Cheese Course: honey comb, apple, walnut

5th Course: Chocolate, dulce de leche, coconut
