About Us
Catering, tapas, street tacos, and vegetarian food trucks. We have it all. NINA specializes in creating a unique twist on popular dishes that people love. By pushing the boundaries in presentation, flavors, and pairings we have created a riff in our little village of Downtown Dunedin, Florida.
It all began with catering for private events and pop-ups in the Tampa Bay area. From there, roots were established with the design of the European “street food” food truck called Coattails. Then the birth of Caracara was born alongside the “tiniest taqueria in Florida” named Taco Baby.
Today the team is working hard on innovative dishes that will test your pallet.
