Now that we have committed to the purchase of tahini for next week’s secret beet dip, we need to find some additional applications. I would have never thought to suggest you turn this into a face mask.. but then I found this recipe here!
We’re going to keep it to edibles over here, right now. Ergo, the vegan Kale Caesar. We added walnuts for protein. If you want to doll it up, add avocado. Not vegan? Add some wild caught salmon to this bad boy!
Tahini Kale Caesar
Zest and juice of 1 organic lemon
3 Tbl Conscious Coconut oil
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 Tbl Organic sesame tahini
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp capers, minced
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until creamy.
Toss with your favorite greens and enjoy!
